Divorce can be painful leaving most people feeling isolated and confused with lots of questions. DivorceCare is a 12-week program that helps those who have experienced or currently going through a divorce face life and personal challenges and move toward rebuilding their lives.

During the first 30–40 minutes of the meeting, each DivorceCare group watches a video seminar featuring top experts on divorce and recovery subjects. These videos are produced in an interesting-to-watch television magazine format featuring expert interviews, real-life case studies and on-location video. After viewing the video, DivorceCare group participants spend time as a support group, discussing what was presented in that week's video seminar and what is going on in the lives of group members.
Rock Support
First Church welcomes with open arms families of children with special-needs. We invite Sunday school teachers, parents and families of children with special-needs and the community to join and participate in our quarterly meetings. Topics include teaching methods and practices and more as we glean information and knowledge of others' experiences. Childcare will be available, but must be requested in advance. The Rock Support group is also now partnering with CARD Center for Autism & Related Disorders which will be helping with training classes.
A.C.T.S. (Alcohol Chemical Treatment Series) Drug Education
Alcohol and drug education program offers a holistic approach that encompasses the emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of an individual. Each lesson contains educational information covering the physical, psychological, and emotional changes associated with alcohol or chemical abuses. Visual illustrations and historical applications are applied to each lesson to enhance the education and understanding of each class participant. Each participant will, in turn, be able to relate the lessons into problem solving areas of their own lives.
